PRODUCT CARE

Do you want to keep your items looking their best for as long as possible? We’re happy to advise you on how to care for the different materials we use.

Always refer to the washing label on the product. The information below is only a general guide.

General information

To wash: In general, we recommend washing our products at no higher than 30 degrees Celsius and letting them air-dry. A (cold) hand wash is also recommended. If you’ve purchased an item in very bright colors, wash it separately from other clothing the first time.

Knitted items: Did you buy a knitted item? Be careful not to snag it on anything. Did a loop appear in your favorite piece? No worries — you can easily pull it back through so the loop ends up on the inside and is no longer visible.

Fit: Make sure the garment fits you properly. Our items generally run a bit small, so please check the size guide on the product pages or send us an email if you’re unsure. A good fit also helps the item last longer (too small or too big = higher risk of damage).

Elastic items: For products that contain elastic, we advise against pulling too hard on the elastic when putting the item on. This can weaken the elastic and cause it to lose its shape.

Care & wash instructions

✰ Wool gives garments a beautiful look and provides amazing warmth! Wool items can last up to 100 years. If you’re sensitive to wool (it can feel itchy), we recommend washing the item as soon as you receive it. Wool should always be washed in cold water. This means wool items should never be washed or dried at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. Wool is also prone to losing its shape, so never use a high-speed wash cycle. Wool should always be dried flat — never hang a wool item on a hook or hanger. It’s completely normal for wool to pill or fluff over time; this is a natural process. You can use a fabric shaver to remove pills. Try to limit friction as much as possible by washing the item less often and avoiding excessive rubbing (using a laundry bag, for example).

✰ Viscose Viscose, also known as rayon, is a natural material. It’s a beautifully soft and flowy fabric that feels light and comfortable to wear. Viscose is delicate, so never wash viscose items at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius and avoid high spin speeds. Hand washing is best. Has your item shrunk? Simply wash it again to relax the fibers, then gently iron it back into shape. Never tumble dry viscose items or dry them in direct sunlight! High temperatures and fast spin cycles can cause shrinkage and wrinkles.

✰ Cotton Cotton is a wonderfully breathable fabric known for its durability and long lifespan. It usually doesn’t require any special care. However, cotton can fade over time, so always wash it with similar colors and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Cotton is machine washable and can handle higher temperatures. When washing a cotton item for the first time, slight shrinkage may occur. In that case, use a low-temperature program and check that the garment keeps its original shape.

Note: Some products, such as bikinis, are not machine washable at all! Always read the care label inside the item.
