GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Lelie

 

General

  1. Lelie is located at Lode Zielenslaan 69, 2050 Antwerp, Belgium.  Chamber of Commerce number 1021978043, email adress info@lelie.uk ( "Lelie" or "We").          
  2. Lelie sells clothing (the “Products) via her webshop www.lelie.uk (or any other website we operate, collectively the 'Website').                                                             
  3. These terms and conditions (including any documents referred to in them and any other special terms and conditions confirmed by us in writing, together with the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all offers from Lelie and all agreements between Lelie (“Buyer" or "you").                                                                           
  4. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order for Products on the Website. By placing an order, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service at info@lelie.uk before placing an order.

 

Orders

  1. Everything that Lelie offers on the Website is without obligation and Lelie may change or withdraw the offer at any time.

  2. An agreement is concluded as soon as Lelie has confirmed your order in writing (by email). If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service.

  3. Lelie may cancel a confirmed order before shipment, for example if payment authorization cannot be obtained, if the price is incorrect, if there are shipping restrictions on a Product, or if the Product ordered is unavailable. Lelie will inform you by email and any payments made will be refunded.

  4. Lelie is not obliged to sell the Products for the offered price if the Buyer should reasonably understand that the price is incorrect or contains an obvious typographical or technical error.

  5. If Products are no longer available, whether before or after order confirmation, Lelie will inform the Buyer. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order or select an alternative Product.

  6. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the information provided is complete and correct.

 

Prices and payment

  1. All prices on the Website are stated in pounds and include applicable VAT.

  2. Payment is made through the payment process on the Website. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (credit card).

  3. If payment is refused or reversed, Lelie reserves the right to cancel the order.

  4. Any shipping costs are stated on the Website and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

Delivery, defects and liability

  1. Lelie delivers the Products to the shipping or delivery address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

  2. The Products are deemed delivered when they are delivered to the specified delivery address.

  3. Delivery times are indicative. Lelie aims to deliver Products within approximately two (2) weeks after order confirmation, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  4. The Buyer must inspect the Products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and inform Lelie of any defects within a reasonable time after discovery.

  5. We do our best to display the Products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, minor differences in color, size or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.

  6. The liability of Lelie is limited to the obligations imposed by mandatory consumer protection laws. Any other liability is expressly excluded, unless the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Lelie.


Cancellation and Return Policy

  1. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Product, without giving any reason.

  2. For sale items, a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days after receipt applies.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Lelie by email within the applicable period.

  4. After notification, the Product must be returned within fourteen (14) days.

  5. During the withdrawal period, the Buyer shall handle the Product with care and only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to determine whether the Buyer wishes to keep it.

  6. Returned Products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with original packaging and tags.

  7. Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the Buyer.

  8. Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

 

Account, personal data and privacy

  1. When placing an order, the Buyer may be required to provide personal data necessary for the execution of the agreement.

  2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is accurate and complete.

  3. Lelie processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  4. By placing an order or using the Website, the Buyer agrees to the storage and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
